Batmantoto reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with these Terms. Activity patterns that suggest abuse, fraud, or Terms violations may be investigated, and relevant accounts may be suspended during the investigation period.
Batmantoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a cryptocurrency payment channel is selected, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of the transaction is applied.
All funds held in your Batmantoto Account remain your property and are segregated from Batmantoto's operational funds. Batmantoto does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own fees independently.
Members may deposit using Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), or Litecoin (LTC) via the designated crypto deposit channel. The MYR equivalent is calculated using the prevailing market rate at the moment of network confirmation. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed only to walets that have previously been used for deposit on the account.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, after deduction of any outstanding fees or pending wagering obligations. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are not refundable.
All content on the Batmantoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of Batmantoto or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written permission from Batmantoto.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Batmantoto's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform, arising from any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
Batmantoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of betting opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if Batmantoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Batmantoto does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. Batmantoto will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause shall limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
